Your internet search for a personal trainer has most likely revealed a list of options.
In my experience the best PT’s specialise in areas they are most passionate about.
With that in mind, here is what I bring to you:
Strength. Nutrition. Health. With in person coaching from Byron.
“I started weightlifting to improve my performance on the field.
I always thought that my form was good. Until I started getting form checks from Byron and I was impressed by how many improvements I made!
Thanks to his advice, I could start doing full squats safely again with my torn ACL from football practice, and I added 85lbs to my deadlift in 1 month! ”
FOR BEGINNERS
BASIC, FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & HEALTH FOR EVERYBODY
My primary goal is to guide you to become strong and healthy. Doing this will have the greatest possible impact on your health now and into the future. This may mean gaining or losing body weight according to where you are now.
This doesn’t mean getting a crazy over the top muscle bound look, or crash weight loss diets. My clients end up looking like fit, able bodied, athletic men and women.
I’ll coach you in the most effective exercises that provide the greatest possible return on your investment of time spent in the gym.
You can expect to make progress every session and I will equip you with a program that you can follow in between our in person coaching sessions.
QUICK FIX SOLUTIONS DO NOT WORK LONG TERM, if you’re tired of cheating yourself and finally want the results you deserve my methods are proven, consistent and the best investment you can make for your body and yourself.
I’ll guide you along the path to a healthy lifestyle that comes with a great physique and will sustain you for life. If this appeals then this is the service for you.
FOR INTERMEDIATES
TAKE YOUR GYM TRAINING TO THE NEXT LEVEL
You already have a gym membership and have been exercising but you want to progress further. It could be that you have plateau’d in your training, or your physique goals or you simply want to learn more and take your knowledge, health and capability to the next level.
We’ll begin with a personal consultation (via phone, Skype or FaceTime) where I will help you define your physical goals and identify the challenges you currently face.
I’ll then formulate a customised strategy for your gym programming to make the kind of progress you expect and deserve.
Then, in your one-to-one sessions, I’ll make sure you are doing the most effective exercises to meet the outcome you want.
As your fitness and strength increases we’ll modify the plan accordingly making sure you’re always progressing to the next level.
strength
for sports & athletes
IMPROVE ATHLETIC AND SPORTING PERFORMANCE
Already involved in a sport you love, but looking for that competitive edge? Do you want to focus on improving your performance in training sessions and during competitive events?
Strength Revolution can improve your overall performance in any athletic endeavour, be it golf, running, tennis, martial arts, freerunning or swimming - there is no sport that cannot be enhanced further by intelligent strength development.
Working together we’ll incorporate the correct strength training for your sport into you existing schedule, giving you the maximum edge in the minimal time.
The two most useful applications that strength training has for sportsmen and women are as follows:
If your sport requires fast explosive displays of power then an increase in strength will result in an increase in power output. The result is a controlled increase in your natural athletic ability.
If your sport requires feats of endurance then as you get stronger every stride, row or stroke of the pedal etc. becomes easier. This has huge implications for endurance athletes, because it means they can choose to move for longer, or move faster when needed. Additionally, an improvement in strength means that you maintain good form for longer, thereby reducing injury risk. Such examples of resistance training applied to endurance events can be seen by the training routines of people such as Rory McIlroy, Serena Williams, Bradley Wiggins and many more.
